Privacy notice

Last updated 2 November 2026

This notice explains what we collect when you join the Bewingz list, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Who we are

Bewingz is a brand of Amudhavel Motor Works Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, India ("we", "us"), which runs this site. We decide how your details are used.

What we collect

• Your full name, email address and city
• The vehicle number you would like, from 001 to 560
• When you joined, and how you found us (for example a campaign link)

We do not collect payment details, and we do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Why we use it

• To keep your place on the list, in the order you joined
• To send private reveal invitations, new signals and reservation news
• To confirm your number wish when reservations open

We contact you only about Bewingz, by email, and only because you asked to join the list.

Who can see it

Only our team. Your details are stored with our web hosting and business email provider, Hostinger, which works for us under contract. We never sell or rent your details, and we never share them with other companies for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Until reservations for the 560 numbered vehicles close, plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your choices and rights

• Leave the list at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us
• Ask to see, correct or delete your details
• Nominate someone to act for you if you cannot
• Complain to us, and if you are not satisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India

Leaving the list removes your place in the queue and your number wish.
